RP³ - Employment Mentoring
The goal of RP3 is to provide under-employed newcomers with appropriate skills and knowledge to position themselves to pursue employment more consistent with their training and abilities. Through small group cohort learning, participants learn about the Canadian culture, develop their own stories and use them as building blocks for developing resumes and interview preparedness. Confidence is gained through practical exercises such as mock interviews, cold calling and group presentations and interaction.
RP3 Defined - Real People (Discovering our talents, experiences, and gifts and learning how to communicate who we are to prospective employers.) Real Provider (Stretching to consider how God can make a practical difference as we search for work.) Real Possibilities (Engaging the job market with precision and purpose to uncover the future that God has planned.)
